Alytus

Alytus is the biggest city in southern Lithuania. It lies on the banks of the Nemunas River in the Alytus District and is the sixth largest city in Lithuania. It is often referred to as the capital of the Dzūkija region. The cooperation with Alytus dates back to 1993.
