Roanoke

Roanoke County is located in Virginia. Salem is the county seat of the county.
The cooperation between Roanoke and Opole started in 1993 with the “Manager to Manager” program. The program aimed to exchange experiences between American managers and Polish local government representatives. The exchange of specialists lasted 3 years. The cities signed the agreement on cooperation in 1994.
