Potsdam

Potsdam is a city located in Brandenburg region on the Havel River, surrounded by picturesque lakes, woody hills - 30 km southwest of Berlin’s city centre. Opole and Potsdam first established informal contact at the beginning of the 60s. In 1973, the authorities of both cities signed an agreement in Potsdam on cooperation and friendship.
